They inform visitors of the natural situation in the area in order to warn them to be careful and pay attention to conditions when playing in the river, waterfall, or the sea, because there may be dangerous natural disasters such as high waves, flash floods, and others.
The meaning of the color in each flag is as follows:
Green flag: Safe area. Visitors can do activities;
Yellow flag: Surveillance area. Visitors can do activities but must be careful;
Red flag: Dangerous area. Visitors are prohibited from doing activities.
