Memorandum of Understanding between Thailand and Vietnam

The Government Public Relations Department (PRD) and Vietnam News Agency (VNA) signed the MoU on Cooperation in the Field of Information and News Exchange on 24 August 2003 in Hanoi. Partly under the MoU, the two countries agreed on the exchange of news and media contents through the Internet.
