“Elephants in Between" Exhibition (13/09/2010)

An interesting exhibition of photos, “Elephants in Between”, is being held from 3 September to 15 October at the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Thailand, Maneeya Building, on Phloenchit Road.

Open to the public from Monday to Friday, 10.00-19.00 hrs, the exhibition tells the story of elephants and mahouts in Thailand. The pictures are by photographer Brent Lewin, and the show is sponsored by Anantara's Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation.

Lewin's work has been featured in publications such as National Geographic, The New York Times, Discovery Channel Magazine, and Newsweek. His photos of elephants have won prizes in many competitions, including the Prix de la Photographie Paris, the International Photography Awards, and the FCCT photojournalism contest.
