Bangkok Flood Map: If Worst Case Scenario Happens (28/10/2011)

According to Dr Seri Supharatid, a water expert who tours affected flood areas every day, if the worst case scenario happens he advised people in low-lying areas of Bangkok districts which will see flood level at chest deep to evacuate.
