Bangkok Metropolitan Aministration puts the entire capital on alert as Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra issues order to repair the controversial Khlong Sam Wa sluice gate. As a massive amount of run-offs from upstream areas are bearing down on the capital, 31 of Bangkok's 50 districts are either inundated or facing floods.
