Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), made an official visit to Kingdom of Thailand from 4th to 6th June to receive the Knight Grand Cross (First Class) of the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand. 
The award was presented by His Excellency General Songwit Noonpackdee, Chief of Defence Forces of the Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTAF), on behalf of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua during an Investiture Ceremony at Naresuan Hall, RTAF Headquarters. 
The decoration recognised Commander of RBAF’s distinguished service and his significant contributions to strengthening defence relations between Brunei Darussalam and Kingdom of Thailand. During the visit, the Commander also paid a courtesy call to the Chief of Defence Forces of RTAF, in return for the latter’s visit to Brunei in June of the previous year.
