The public is invited to view the rehearsal of the "Royal Barge Procession to Mark the King’s 72nd Birthday," which will take place along the Chao Phraya River on 22 October 2024.

There are nine locations where the public can view the procession, free of charge.

On the Phra Nakhon side:
(1) under Rama VIII Bridge,
(2) Santichaiprakan Park,
(3) Phra Pin Klao Bridge Pier,
(4) Thammasat University, and
(5) Nakara Pirom Park (Tha Tien).

On the Thon Buri side:
(1) the patio under Rama VIII Bridge,
(2) HM King Bhumibol 72nd Birthday Anniversary Park (Thonburi Railway Station Pier),
(3) under Phra Pin Klao Bridge, and
(4) Siriraj Hospital.

The Royal Barge Procession will be organized on 27 October for a royal journey to present kathin robes at Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). The procession along the Chao Phraya River has been included in the activities for the “Celebrations on the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King's 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 28th July 2024."
