The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC) has proudly showcased the excellence of Thai agricultural products at the International Green Week 2025 in Berlin, Germany.

The MOAC emphasized Thailand’s adaptation to the evolving global market, focusing on sustainable agricultural development through modern technology, under the theme “Agri-future: From Tradition to Sustainability.” The exhibit presented the diversity of Thai agricultural excellence, including fresh tropical fruit, innovative health products, and traditional Thai dishes with modern twists.

Moreover, a highlight of Thailand’s showcase was the live cooking demonstration of instant noodles made with Wolffia globosa (the smallest flowering plant in the world, rich in nutritional benefits, including high levels of protein, beta-carotene, calcium, and chlorophyll.) Also known as “Mankai duckweed” it’s a valuable addition to the global superfood market.
