Bangkok will host Thai Serve, a three-day festival celebrating Thailand’s emerging community liquor culture alongside food, music, and creative workshops. The event will take place from October 3–5, 2025 at One Bangkok Park, offering visitors a chance to taste over 100 signature dishes and drinks from across the country.
The highlight will be community liquor, which is now legal under the newly amended Excise Act (No. 2) B.E. 2568. The law, published in the Royal Gazette effective from 6 June 2025, allows farmer groups, community enterprises, and small-scale entrepreneurs to apply for commercial alcohol production licenses, celebrating Thailand’s diverse alcohol traditions as part of the culture.
At Thai Serve, visitors can experience this new wave of Thai spirits through tastings, cocktail workshops led by expert mixologists, and live cooking shows by top chefs. This festival not only serves as a platform for local producers to showcase local Thai liquor to the global eyes but also helps elevate Thai products to meet global standards, promote innovation and quality.
The festival also features nightly concerts:
- October 3: PROXIE and Purpeech
- October 4: getsunova and Yokee Playboy
- October 5: MEAN Band and Palmy
