Due to ongoing flooding and high water levels in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) advises passengers to carefully consider the necessity of their travel while conditions remain unstable. Travel to and from Hat Yai Airport may be difficult, as passenger transport services provided by state agencies may be unable to operate at certain times, resulting in reduced travel convenience.
Transportation Advisory
**For inbound travel to Hat Yai:** Passengers should ensure arrangements for a confirmed pickup at the airport.
**For outbound travel from Hat Yai:** Passengers should allow additional travel time, as several routes remain flooded.
Passengers are encouraged to follow the latest airline updates to avoid being stranded at the airport, where food, drinking water, and waiting area capacity may be limited.
