Thailand is making New Year 2026 travel easier and more affordable by offering toll-free expressways and motorways nationwide, along with a special 50% cashback promotion for Easy Pass users.
The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) will waive toll fees on key expressways connecting Bangkok with provincial routes for up to 7 days, ensuring smoother travel during the holiday season.
30 December 2025 – 5 January 2026:

31 December 2025 – 1 January 2026:

In addition, EXAT will launch the "EASY PASS…Cashback" campaign on 6 January 2026, offering 50% real-time toll refunds on all seven EXAT expressways for drivers paying via Easy Pass. Refunds will be instantly credited and notified through the EXAT Portal application or the Easy Pass website.
At the same time, Thailand's Department of Highways will open six major motorways free of charge, covering more than 530 kilometers, to ease traffic and reduce travel costs:
