With Thailand set to host the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings from 12-18 October 2026, it has unveiled a landmark commemorating the meeting to demonstrate its readiness to welcome global participants to Thailand.

Located at Benjakitti Park, the landmark is open to the public daily from 04:30 to 22:00.

Thailand hosted the World Bank Group Annual Meetings in 1991, and the country will host the meeting again this October. The meeting will showcase Thailand's approach to economic development, which places people at the center, as well as reaffirm its commitment to embracing innovation to generate long-term prosperity.
