The Royal Thai Police (RTP) has strengthened its cooperation with Meta Platforms to combat illegal online gambling, predatory lending apps, and fraudulent recruitment ads linked to scam syndicates.

Key actions include:

• Blocking illegal platforms and deceptive advertisements

• Removing pages used to recruit victims for overseas scam operations

• Monthly coordination to track emerging cyber threats

Between October 2025 and February 2026, over 52,000 suspicious pages were blocked.

This partnership reflects Thailand’s firm commitment to strengthening cybercrime enforcement and protecting the public from online exploitation.
