Pattaya will host the 4th Pattaya Holi Festival 2026 from 13–15 March at Pattaya Central Beach, bringing the vibrant Indian festival of colors to one of Thailand's most beloved seaside destinations. The event is jointly organized by Pattaya City and the Thai–Indian Business Association Pattaya as part of efforts to promote tourism, stimulate the local economy, and expand the city's calendar of international cultural events.

Set along Pattaya's beachfront, the three-day celebration will feature traditional Holi color-throwing activities inspired by Indian culture, where participants joyfully toss brightly colored powders into the air in a festive atmosphere. The program will also include live music stages, entertainment shows, and concerts by well-known artists from India, along with appearances by influencers. A dedicated food zone will offer a variety of international dishes as well as authentic Indian cuisine, creating a lively seaside experience for both Thai and international visitors.

Details of the festival were announced on 9 March by Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya, at an event held at Central Pattaya Beach shopping mall in Chonburi Province, attended by representatives from government agencies, organizers, and related partners. Organizers expect the festival to attract more than 100,000 visitors over the three-day period, providing a boost to tourism and local business activity while showcasing Pattaya and Thailand's growing role as a destination for global cultural celebrations.

The word "Holi" refers to the end of the old year and the beginning of a new one in Hindu belief. Often likened to a color and water festival, it is widely celebrated by throwing colored powders and liquids at one another in a joyful expression of renewal and unity. As one of the most important festivals for people of Indian heritage, Holi is celebrated by more than a billion people around the world.
