Thailand and China Promote Two-Way Tourism via Thailand-Guizhou and Sanya LOIs

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) on Tourism Promotion and
Cooperation with Guizhou Province and Sanya City in China.

The LOI between Thailand and China was signed by the TAT and the Guizhou Provincial Department of
Culture and Tourism, at the 20th Guizhou Tourism Industry Development Conference in Guiyang City,
Guizhou Province.

The LOI aims at designing long-term strategic cooperation, quality Thai-Chinese tourism via two-way
tourism, and joint marketing.

In addition, the TAT also signed an LOI on Sanya Tourism Strategic Promotion Partner (Thailand) with the
Sanya Tourism Board at the Sanya Tourism Promotion Press Conference in Thailand.

It focuses on multi-dimensional tourism promotion, including two-way tourism, joint marketing, tourism
product and route development, and exchange of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers for tourism
promotion.

These achievements mark another milestone between Thailand and China in elevating bilateral tourism
cooperation, leading to sustainable tourism cooperation between the two countries.
