The Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy, representing Her Majesty the Queen, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Amazing Race Festival Sattahip Triathlon 2026.”

Held in Sattahip District, Chon Buri Province, from 12 to 14 June 2026, the event features triathlon, duathlon, road running, and open-water swimming competitions.

It aims to promote sports tourism by enhancing travel experiences for both Thai and international tourists and athletes.

The festival is also intended to generate economic value and help position Chon Buri as an international sports tourism destination.

The event is expected to attract more than 8,500 visitors and bring in over USD 3.75 million in revenue.
