The Thai Meteorological Department (TMD) has issued a weather advisory warning of heavy rain in some areas across various parts of Thailand from the afternoon through the night of 30 September 2026, as follows:

Northern Region: 30% chance of rain, especially in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Tak, Phitsanulok, and Phetchabun;

Northeastern Region: 30% , especially in Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket, and Ubon Ratchathani;

Central Region: 30%, especially in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon, and Samut Songkhram;

Eastern Region: 30%, especially in Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat;

Southern Region (Gulf of Thailand): 60% chance of rain, with isolated heavy rain expected in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, and Yala;

Southern Region (Andaman Sea): 60%, with isolated heavy rain expected in Phang-nga, Krabi, Trang, and Satun;

Bangkok and its vicinity: 30% chance of rain.
