Want great Thai food without paying fine-dining prices? The MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2027 has just added 26 new restaurants to its Bib Gourmand selection. That's twice as many newcomers as last year, bringing the total to 151 recommended spots across the country.
The Bib Gourmand honors restaurants that serve good-quality food at moderate prices. Think of it as an insider's list of the places locals already love.
