The 43rd Thailand Tourism Festival is now underway at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, running from March 26 to 30. Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., the festival highlights domestic tourism and sustainable travel through an immersive showcase of regional culture, cuisine, and experiences from across the country.
Under the theme “Reimagining Thai Tourism: A New Dimension Toward Carbon Neutral Tourism,” the event is a key initiative of the “Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism & Sports Year 2025” campaign. Visitors can explore the “5 Must Do in Thailand” concept—Must Taste, Must Try, Must Buy, Must Seek, and Must See—which spotlights each region’s unique identity through food, crafts, traditions, and performances.
The festival features nine themed exhibition zones, offering curated travel experiences and interactive displays representing Thailand’s five major regions. Attendees can enhance their visit with the “Amazing Thailand” mobile app, equipped with 3D maps and augmented reality to help them navigate the venue and locate booths and attractions efficiently.
Reinforcing its commitment to sustainability, the event continues the “Zero Waste to Landfills” initiative for the third consecutive year. All waste generated will be processed through environmentally friendly methods, and attendees are encouraged to practice responsible resource management in support of sustainable tourism.
With a strong turnout anticipated, the festival is expected to stimulate local economies, promote responsible travel, and reaffirm Thailand’s position as a premier global travel destination.
