The Bureau of the Royal Household on 15 August 2025 issued its fourth announcement on the illness of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita.

The announcement stated that Her Royal Highness has been hospitalized at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok since 15 December 2022, after losing consciousness because of a heart condition.

The royal medical team has been providing medication and equipment to support the functioning of the lungs and kidneys of Her Royal Highness throughout her treatment. Her Royal Highness has been treated with antibiotics for occasional infections since 9 August.

The medical team found that Her Royal Highness had developed a severe infection that entered her bloodstream. This has required the administration of multiple antibiotics and medication to stabilize her blood pressure.

The royal medical team is continuing to provide Her Royal Highness with full treatment and is closely monitoring her condition.
