The Bureau of the Royal Household on 21 May 2026 issued its seventh announcement on the illness of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita.

Although the medical team has continued to provide support for the functions of the lungs and kidneys, along with the use of multiple antibiotics and medications to raise blood pressure and regulate heart rhythm, Her Royal Highness’s condition has worsened. This indicates a severe infection that remains uncontrolled, affecting the functions of several major organ systems.
