His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua (Rama X) and Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana on 16 July 2026 at 17.07 hr received Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, The Princess Royal, and Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence at Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall, Dusit Palace, during their official visit to Thailand from 15 to 18 July 2026.

This was the first royal audience of Princess Anne’s first visit to the Kingdom of Thailand in nearly 40 years.

On 17 July at 11.10 hr, Princess Anne was received by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at Chulalongkorn University, before presiding over the Women in STEM Thailand-UK Partnership 2026.

Both princesses exchanged warm greetings, and Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presented a commemorative souvenir to Princess Anne. 

The Princess Royal presented scholarships and awards for women in science and technology at the university.
