Following the Royal Command on 22 August 2023, Mr. Srettha Thavisin was appointed Prime Minister of Thailand. Another Royal Command was issued on 1 September appointing Cabinet members, according to an announcement published in the Royal Gazette on 2 September.

The new Cabinet lineup is as follows:
