The Royal Gazette on 19 September 2025 published the announcement of the Royal Command appointing members of the new Cabinet.

According to the announcement, following the Royal Command on 7 September 2025, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul was appointed Prime Minister of Thailand. As the Prime Minister had selected the persons suitable for serving as ministers to administer the country, the Royal Command, countersigned by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, was issued on 19 September appointing Cabinet members, in accordance with Section 158 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.

The new Cabinet lineup is as follows:

- Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport;

-  Mr. Sophon Zaram: Deputy Prime Minister;

- Mr. Borwornsak Uwanno: Deputy Prime Minister;

- Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance;

- Capt. Thamanat Prompow: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives;

- Mr. Suchart Chomklin: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment;

- Mr. Paradorn Prissananantakul: Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office;

- Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi: Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office;

- Mr. Napintorn Srisunpang: Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office;

- Mr. Santi Piyatat: Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office;
