By Royal Command on 30 March 2026, countersigned by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, new Cabinet members were appointed. The announcement on the new Cabinet lineup was published in the Royal Gazette on 31 March 2026. 

According to the announcement, His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua issued the Royal Command on 19 March 2026, appointing Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul Prime Minister. As the Prime Minister had selected the persons suitable for serving as ministers to administer the country, His Majesty therefore graciously issued the Royal Command appointing Cabinet members, in accordance with Section 158 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, as follows:

- Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport;

- Mr. Songsak Thongsri: Deputy Prime Minister;

- Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance;

- Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs;

- Mrs. Suphajee Suthumpun: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce;

- Mr. Pakorn Nilprapunt: Deputy Prime Minister;

- Mr. Yodchanan Wongsawat: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation;

- Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi: Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office;

- Mr. Napintorn Srisunpang: Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office;

- Mr. Paradorn Prissananantakul: Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office;

- Mrs. Suksomruay Wantaneeakul: Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office;
