The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has launched the “WOW! Thailand Passport Privileges” campaign, offering discounts and exclusive perks to foreign tourists at key airports. The campaign, part of the Amazing Thailand Passport Privileges project, is a collaboration between TAT and partners to stimulate spending among international visitors through special deals on Thai products and services.
According to TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool, the tourism campaign features “Must-Do Souvenirs” that represent Thailand’s cultural identity, including Must-Taste Thai food, Must-Try Thai boxing, Must-Buy Thai fabrics and handicrafts, and Must-See cultural sites and performances. Tourists can receive souvenirs by showing their passports at booths located at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, and Phuket airports, offering a unique start to their travels in Thailand.
As part of the WOW! Thailand Passport Privileges, tourists have access to several exclusive offers. The “WOW Thailand: Must Do Package” is available to the first 10,000 registrants on the campaign website, allowing them to redeem special privileges at participating locations. The “WOW Thailand: Lucky Number” event will reward every 10,000th registrant with a travel package worth 35,000 baht, offering a total of 20 prizes valued at over 700,000 baht.
The campaign, running until December 10, also features the “WOW Thailand: Big Surprise Activity,” offering participants a chance to win a grand prize of 300,000 baht. Winners will be announced on December 13.
