Bangkok recently hosted the WorldPride 2030 Diplomatic Reception, welcoming ambassadors, members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of international organizations, Pride leaders, government agencies, and private sector partners.

The event was co-hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), and Pride community partners to build international support for Bangkok's bid to host WorldPride 2030.

Thailand's Road to WorldPride 2030 highlights support for equality and inclusion, reinforced by the enactment of marriage equality, positioning Thailand as a leader in respecting diversity.

Following the enactment of marriage equality, hosting WorldPride 2030 would further enhance Thailand's role in promoting inclusion, respecting diversity, and ensuring opportunities for participation by all.
