The new measures for restaurants and eateries are as follows: (1) restaurants situated outdoors or indoors with no air conditioning but with good air circulation or ventilation may seat up to 75% of their maximum capacity; (2) indoor restaurants with closed air-conditioned settings may seat up to 50% of maximum capacity; and (3) all restaurant operators must strictly follow public health measures. The CCSA also adjusted measures for community malls and shopping malls. All shops can operate as per normal with limited services. Beauty salons and beauty parlors may only open for haircut with a maximum of one hour per customer. Massage parlors can only open for foot massage. Beauty clinics may only sell products. Restaurants and eateries may open for business but they should comply with measures for restaurants and eateries with air conditioning.
