His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua has accepted all the injured in the Thai-Cambodian border situation as patients under royal support.
His Majesty the King and Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana on 24 July 2025 at 18.00 hr assigned Major Adisak Noisuwan, Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province, to bring royal vases of flowers and gift baskets to 10 military personnel who were injured by landmines in Ubon Ratchathani.
The landmine incidents occurred while the soldiers were on patrol on 16 and 23 July in Nam Yuen District. These soldiers have received medical treatment at Sappasitthiprasong Camp Hospital in Warin Chamrap District.
At 19.30 hr on the same day, the Ubon Ratchathani Governor brought royal vases of flowers and gift baskets to two civilians at Det Udom Crown Prince Hospital in Det Udom District. Later, he traveled to Sappasitthiprasong Camp Hospital to present royal vases of flowers and gift baskets to another civilian. These civilians were injured after Cambodian forces had used heavy weapons to fire into Thai territory on 24 July.
Apart from accepting all the injured as patients under royal support, His Majesty the King has also granted royal sponsorship for the funeral rites for those killed in the border situation.
