The sailing races of the Keelboat SSL47 event are taking place between 15 and 18 December 2025 at the Ocean Marina Yacht Club in Sattahip District, Chon Buri Province.

Thailand secured first place in the overall SSL47 standings, with Malaysia coming second and Myanmar third. Officials had installed a large screen in the Ocean Marina Yacht Club area, so that members of the public and tourists would be able to closely watch the sailing competition.
Her Majesty Queen Suthida is recognized for her skills in many disciplines, such as sailing, ice hockey, and long-distance running. The Queen recently participated in the 37th Phuket King’s Cup Regatta 2025, competing as part of Team Vayu in the international sailing competition. Team Vayu secured the best overall score for the event.
Thailand is hosting the 33rd SEA Games from 9 to 20 December in Bangkok and Chon Buri.
