The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), in collaboration with the private sector, will organize a food fair called "Amazing Thai Taste Festival" in three provinces: Rayong, Chiang Mai, and Udon Thani, during June–August 2023. People can attend the event for free. It is believed that the festival will encourage more than 40,000 people to travel in each area, generating up to 50 million baht in domestic revolving income. The Amazing Thai Taste Festival has been held continuously since 2015. The event has been increasingly welcomed by both Thai and foreign tourists, including food lovers. This year TAT presents the event under the concept of "Food Lover Paradise, a paradise for foodies in a land full of delicious food".
