Srettha Thavisin, the new prime minister of Thailand, recently met with leaders from the aviation industry to discuss preparations for the peak travel period in the final quarter of 2023. The prime minister promised to get to work on the tourist industry as soon as he took office, noting that the fourth quarter is a crucial period for economic growth and the height of travel season.
